long time no speak
I haven’t posted on here for a while, although nothing particular interesting has been happening. I have been listening to a lot of music and made a few big decisions about what I’m going to do in the future.
Firstly I’m looking to improve my job situation, been working on an application for the same place I work now, however it is a different office and hopefully has greater challenges and would help me move upward within the organisation. The repetitive nature of my current job, lack of responsibility and lull in interest is awful so I really need something better.
Anyway, last night I cracked open the DVD of State of Play which I had criminally never watched, I was just going to watch one episode whilst having my tea and then probably go and do something else. However I was completely gripped and didn’t leave the sofa until I’d watched all six episodes at about 00:50. Such a great story, a superb cast of some of the best British actors (David Morrissey, John Simm, Kelly McDonald and Bill Nighy) I would recommend it to anyone who hasn’t seen it! I picked it up at HMV, so have a look and if I know you personally you can borrow it from. David Morrissey was particularly good.
To give anyone who reads this something to enjoy here are a few videos of the music I’ve been loving this past few days and weeks. (I’m turning into a bit of a Pop Tart).
